As a People Partner, Libby is passionate about developing the Clarasys employee experience. Working hand-in-hand with our Coaches, Libby supports colleagues with their personal growth and career development. Before moving into the People space, Libby was an experienced Consultant with a specialism in large-scale, talent change programmes. Libby is a certified Mental Health First Aider and is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our people. As the business scales, the fostering of our unique, Clarasys culture is of key importance. In her spare time, Libby can either be found in a soft-play with her two daughters, on muddy dog walks, listening to podcasts or singing with a number of different groups.
