Sustainability at Clarasys

Sustainability at the core

At Clarasys we are embedding people and planet into everything that we do in order to become the most sustainable consultancy.

As the Experience Consultancy, “do as I say, not what I do”, doesn’t gel well with our approach to business, or our own culture. We like to do the right thing, and building sustainability into the core of our firm is just that. We are determined to make a positive contribution to our clients, employees and the wider world, and we reflect this in our purpose statement of “making a lasting difference to the way people work, live and grow”.

We are committed

Our people are the ones who are driving Clarasys activity to be more sustainable. They are committed to ensuring that we are a net-zero carbon, circular organisation that does all that we can to increase our social impact.

To do this we have set three overarching aims:

  • To have embedded sustainability into our legal governance structure
  • Set a science-based net-zero target as we maintain our carbon neutral status
  • To become a circular organisation reducing the resources we use and our waste as much as possible.

Check out our Carbon Reduction Plan.

Our thinking on sustainability

As a business focused on improving our clients’ operating models, we simultaneously have a team of consultants and specialists working on ways we can enhance our own organisation for our clients and our people.

We are working with organisations to
propel their sustainability journey too.
