The report, we feel, also urges businesses to communicate with their people as AI is introduced, ask for ideas on how AI could help them in their roles, and pilot different AI platforms.

The report states: “We are entering a new era of computing – the age of everyday AI – with generative AI (GenAI) at the forefront. Competitive differentiation of enterprises – positive and negative – will happen faster than most organizations expect.”
