Ciara is an experienced business consultant specialising in delivering & embedding large scale change across organisations. She has experience working in pharmaceuticals, oil, shipping and maritime, car manufacturing, land transport logistics and the UK police force. She joined Clarasys in 2019 and has worked with clients to design & embed new global processes & behaviours. Most recently, she supported the integration of two companies, ensuring that their combined product list met customer needs and all colleagues successfully transitioned over to the new ways of working. When not at work, Ciara is planning how she can visit 60 countries by the time she is 30!
