Wesley practised litigation before transitioning into consulting. In his previous role he worked with large asset focused clients to improve the way they operated and adapted to changing business landscape, particularly helping them leverage digital transformation. In that space he helped public and private sector clients set up and deliver programmes and projects. His projects have included building a benefits management structure for the delivery of HS2; outsourcing HSBC’s capital delivery function; performing a technical due diligence on a water operation for a Dutch independent fund manager; and helping the Greater London Authority develop a strategy for delivering the London Infrastructure Plan.
