Rakaua is a Consultant with a growing breadth of experience in business analysis and change management, gained after working in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. In his most recent role as a business analyst for a global financial services provider, he led the creation of a set of KPIs to guide and track the release of their new self-service desk that manages their B2B products. Furthermore, he built an operational model for the Global Decision Analytics team to show how it is possible to quickly scale their support function as the user base grows. When not at work, Rakaua loves to play basketball, go travelling and express his creative side by drawing.
