Philip has been helping organisations align the way they operate with their purpose for over 15 years. Led by the customer experience, he has applied Lean thinking to improve customer satisfaction while generating double-digit improvements in efficiency. He is currently focussing on the use of data science and Artificial Intelligence in the pursuit of operational excellence, e.g. though the creation of Digital Twins of organisations. Outside of work Philip enjoys tennis, discovering new dishes from different cultures, and spending time with his wife and three children.
