Matt is an experienced senior consultant specializing in business analysis, product ownership, and agile delivery management. Since 2015, he has consulted on projects to deliver outcomes ranging from ERP to data warehousing implementations across multiple sectors including luxury retail, FMCG, and financial services. In his most recent long term role, Matt worked as a product owner on an agile at scale program to improve customer experience and self-service capabilities. Matt enjoys spending his spare time playing board games with friends, listening to history podcasts and reading.

Matt also helped with the opening of the Boston office in 2019.
