Kaylin is an experienced business analysis and change management consultant with experience managing engagements specialised in growth strategy across the defence, industrial manufacturing, and pharmaceutical spaces. She has worked closely with clients to create internal business cases for product development, collect competitive intelligence, assess and prioritise acquisition targets, and better understand customer experiences. Most recently, Kaylin provided change management support to a global strategy house in integrating a knowledge management tool offering. Kaylin has also previously created awareness and led training around multiple internal employee satisfaction initiatives. Kaylin graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor’s degrees in Global Studies and Spanish Language and Literature. When not at work, she enjoys playing pick-up basketball, discovering new restaurants, and creating music playlists.
