Josh graduated with a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 2016. Since then, Josh has worked for an Automotive Consultancy specialising in Continuous Improvement and Business Analysis before joining Clarasys in January 2019. Josh’s Clarasys experience has covered several customer experience projects, utilising his business analysis and data science skills to provide evidence-based recommendations that enable organisations to makes decisions that matter most to their customers. When not pulling gems of insight from datasets, Josh enjoys exercising, photography, reading, travelling, losing at quizzes to his wife and cheering Wales on.
