Jamie Appleton


Jamie is a Consultant with experience in change management, customer experience, and digital transformation, having worked in both the private sector and for NFPs. His most recent project success was at the RSPCA, where he worked as a customer experience analyst in order to embed CX tools, principles and a vision across their membership and volunteering teams. Jamie is an avid cricket and rugby fan, who when not at work enjoys escaping back to Scotland to explore the country’s golf courses.
