Harriet joined Clarasys in 2020, with over 7 years of blended consulting and industry experience specialising in; business analysis, process improvement, customer experience and continuous improvement. During her time at Clarasys, she has worked across process discovery, organisational re-design and technology deployment projects. A highlight of Harriet’s career was leading a Continuous Improvement programme across a large-scale contact centre organisation. In her spare time, Harriet loves to swim and is attempting to visit as many UK lidos as possible!
