Francesca Barbaccia


Francesca is an experienced consultant in delivery management and change management in agile projects across both private and public sectors. Most recently, she has led the change strategy and implementation of a global Windows operating system to increase data security. She has recommended a strategy for future upgrades using the PROSCI methodology and transitioned to a full-time resource. Previously she has improved customer experience by redesigning processes in line with GDS standards. While managing a digital delivery team and prioritising a backlog based on business and technology need to ensure quality and pace in deploying 109 customer experience journeys as part of the fastest ever deployment of the specific cloud-based CRM.
