Fenella is an experienced consultant with a specialism in business analysis, product and customer experience across both the private and public sector. She joined Clarasys in Spring 2019 during which time she has worked with clients to create change strategies, set up a voice of the customer group and formulate recommendations on how to improve employee experience. Recently, she was the lead Business Analyst for EU Exit at a government department. When not at work Fenella enjoys going on long walks whilst listening to podcasts.
