Clemence joined Clarasys in 2021. She has consulting experience across a variety of industries (Professional Services, Technologies, Pharma, Energy, etc.) and diverse business functions (Finance, IT, Real Estate, Risk & Security). She has been delivering Change Management, Organizational Design, Process Design and Culture Transformation projects for global clients and has work experience in North America, Asia and Europe. Most recently, she was responsible for leading the change efforts for a Data Classification program rolled out to 27,000 users globally. When not at work, Clem enjoys reading, going to the theatre/movies, swimming, running and going out with friends.
