Chris is a strategist at UK charity the Stroke Association. He has provided leadership to the charity’s most significant transformation programmes, including the design and adoption of a new operating model. His interest is in how to create more engaging and responsive organisations, better equipped to thrive in complex, rapidly changing environments. Chris is an engineer by background and has extensive strategy experience in both private sector and third sector organisations, in the UK and overseas.
