Chloe joined the Clarasys graduate scheme in August 2019 after graduating from University College London (UCL) with a degree in Psychology. Since joining, she has worked primarily as a business analyst, with experience in process definition, implementation and improvement, and she also has experience in both change management and project management too. A professional highlight was when she helped a large N4P organisation define their 5-year digital transformation strategy. Outside of work, Chloe spends a lot (too much!) of her time enjoying good food with friends and family.
