Aleema Shivji is the Chief Impact Officer and interim CEO at Oxfam GB. She is passionate about building a more inclusive, equitable world through fighting inequality and changing systems. She has 20+ years of strategic and operational experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors in Europe, Asia, North America, Australasia, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Caribbean. She was also a Founding Trustee of the Start Network. In her spare time, she loves spending time in and on the water, being out in nature and reading.
