Senior Managing Consultant

Grow the business you want to be part of

You know that feeling you had in the first few years of your career, where you felt like every day was a new challenge, all the work was interesting and the opportunities seemed endless? We want you to feel that again.

That’s why at Clarasys, we give people the opportunity to deliver our biggest projects, be one of our thought leaders, manage our accounts or build our capability early in their career. We see being a leader in our business as a behaviour, not a title, down to your capability, not how long you’ve been doing something.

So if you want to become a leader in a consulting business, be responsible for where it goes and feel back in charge of where you take your career, read on!

Who we are?

We exist to making a lasting difference to the way people work, live and grow.

For our clients that means measuring our success in terms of their satisfaction. For our people that means an environment that promotes equality, rejects hierarchy and believes in team over individual. For the community that means making sure we’re always giving back.

And even if we do say so ourselves, the results speak for themselves. Our clients love working with us, our people are happy, and in the last 12 months we’ve supported over 15 different charity organisations.

What would you be doing?

We help our clients deliver business change and transformation. However being a Clarasys consultant is not just about delivering the same thing over and over again. We ensure the work we do is tailored to our clients and when projects come to an end, clients are empowered to be self-sufficient. You’ll spend most of your time on client site (mainly in London), normally leading teams of 3-5 consultants and will be given the trust and autonomy to deliver.

When not working on a client, you’ll be helping lead an area of our business. You’ll have real responsibility to determine the direction we’re going and have the opportunity to make your ideas a reality!

Who are you?

You’ll have a strong consulting background (6+ years, led consulting teams, regularly worked with senior clients) and want to apply your skills as part of a dynamic, talented team on interesting work. You’ll care about developing yourself and others and want to be in an environment which actively promotes and supports this. You’ll see things like weekly coaching sessions as a benefit to you and your coachees, socials as a chance to get to know your colleagues and pro bono work as an opportunity to give something back. You’ll care about experience, knowledge and capability – not hierarchy. You’ll be a consultant who’s ready for a new challenge.

If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
