London and US-based business consultancy, Clarasys, is celebrating after receiving a string of awards this month that recognise its workplace culture and contribution in the area of diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Last week it received the Best Culture Award from Kudos, a firm that supports organisations to drive employee engagement. The award recognises Clarasys’s commitment to creating a great workplace culture.

The firm was also recognised as a world-class organisation to work for in the Best Companies Awards. Clarasys was named 15th best mid-sized company to work for in the UK, 4th in London, and 4th in the consultancy category. In addition, Clarasys finished in the Top 5 for wellbeing in the mid-sized category.

Clarasys was also a finalist for the prestigious Diversity Team of the Year title at the European Diversity Awards. The accolade recognises the outstanding contribution that Clarasys’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team has made within the firm.

All of these awards recognise the work Clarasys has put into creating a consultancy where employees are trusted and supported to serve their clients. The firm has a limitless holiday policy where staff can take as many days off as they wish. People are also encouraged to reward their colleagues for any exceptional work they have done with those who are recognised receiving a small monetary prize.
