As an HR People Partner and Assoc. CIPD member, Vicky operates as an HR generalist covering all HR subject areas, ensuring the effective management of the day to day alongside driving key topics such as Employee Experience, Employee Relations, Benefits & Rewards, and pushing the Wellbeing agenda. She is also responsible for Clarasys Payroll management internationally. She has a great passion for all things People, particularly from a wellbeing angle. She is a certified Mental Health first aider and a member of the Wellbeing team. Her passion for Wellbeing serves her well within her People Partner role. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, walking her dog, eating in fancy restaurants and planning her next holiday to Greece where she can practice her Greek language skills.
