Nicole is an experienced management consultant specialising in business analysis; focusing on process improvement and process modelling. She has worked in financial services, telecommunications, not for profit and media information services to name a few. Since joining Clarasys in 2018, a career highlight for Nicole has been leading the discovery phase for a not for profit to understand its current social and financial ROI and analysing its customer experience capabilities across the business. In Nicole’s free time she enjoys going to the gym, reading and travelling.
