Matthew graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Chemical Engineering degree and joined the Clarasys graduate scheme in August 2018. Matt’s experience to date has focussed on business analysis within a wide range of clients and a professional highlight was conducting an in-depth comparative review of a large publishing house’s customer experience function with a view to improving customer satisfaction. In his spare time, Matt enjoys skiing and trying new cuisines.
