Loic is an experienced business consultant specialising in improving operational performance and customer experience. He joined Clarasys in 2019 and has worked with clients to streamline their processes, implement a new CRM solution and improve their contact centre operations. Most recently, he completed a discovery piece for an international holiday resort business, to assess feasibility and effort of migrating to a new CRM solution, and to build the associated business case. When not at work, Loic enjoys playing and watching sports, travelling and spending some time with friends over a beer.
