She has a keen interest in culture and behaviour change, leadership development, communication strategy and employee experience/engagement. She has managed global projects, directed change initiatives, and engaged key stakeholders for major HR transformations, operationally executing strategic initiatives and events for up to 200,000 employees and senior executives at some of the worlds leading companies and has also worked on a smaller scale with pioneering start-ups.
