Graham graduated from University of Warwick with a degree in History and joined Clarasys as part of the graduate scheme in January 2020. Since then, Graham has primarily worked in digital transformation. He has delivered multiple Salesforce implementations, vendor assessments and full lead to cash discovery engagements. His previous roles involved liaising with multiple high-profile global stakeholders to gather business requirements, working at the centre of a global partner ecosystem, defining to-be processes and delivering global solutions. He has also run elements of agile discovery and delivery and taken on proxy product owner responsibilities, sense checking solution designs to ensure that they meet business requirements, assessing sprint readiness and regularly facilitating prioritisation sessions with stakeholders. In his spare time, Graham enjoys playing many different sports and loves to croon along with his pianist in the bars of London.
