We are committed to carving out a space for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Clarasys context. We want to:

  • Offer insightful Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training opportunities to our people which both challenge and strengthen existing knowledge.
  • Seek to promote and practise ally-ship for different groups in dynamic and authentic ways.
    Work with recruitment and marketing to improve equal opportunities for under-represented groups at Clarasys.
  • Establish a dedicated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion community who have a forum to facilitate inspiring discussion and debate.

Emma Martin

Senior Consultant
Emma is an experienced consultant, with over three years of experience across Government and Telecommunications projects with extensive experience in stakeholder and delivery management. Most recently, Emma has owned the product workstream as part of an M&A project, holding her responsible for defining product vision and strategy and translating complex changes to numerous stakeholder groups. As part of her role, she facilitated multiple workshops and engaged with a wide range of stakeholders including the project sponsor, product managers and reporting progress to CEO and CFO level.

Lila joined Clarasys in August 2022 as an Associate Consultant in the Boston office. She has worked with clients to conduct current state analysis and streamline their processes, in a change management capacity to conduct training needs analyses, and as a business analyst to support both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Outside of work, Lila enjoys spending time in nature (hiking, climbing, running, camping, swimming, skiing, and learning how to surf), spending time with loved ones, knitting, and travelling.

Estelle joined Clarasys in September 2021 after completing an Undergraduate in Law and a Masters in Business Psychology. She enjoys working with clients to understand their processes and the challenges and opportunities which arise in them. Most recently in her time at Clarasys she has been involved in two sustainability projects, one at The Children’s trust and The Economist, which focused on carbon reporting. In the former, she designed an approach that would aim to improve the reporting process with recommendations to ensure long-term sustainability. When not at work, Estelle enjoys reading, travelling, cooking and watching the latest Marvel films.
