We want our purpose statement “We make a lasting difference to the way people work, live & grow” to remain true, especially during these tough times. So, we're doing everything we can to support employees and clients, & make work as enjoyable & productive as possible for everyone despite the challenges.
Working from home can have its issues & can feel isolating so we want to make sure our people continue to feel happy, motivated & connected to each other.
Here’s a few examples of extra steps we’ve taken to ensure that happens:
We held a company-wide virtual session to discuss & map out team agreements on how we want to work together over the coming weeks/months
We've set up a conference call chat room that anyone can drop into if they want to discuss work issues or box sets they’re watching
We've created chat groups, including one for parents to share hints & tips on working from home with kids
We're organising virtual socials so we can see each other & chat in the evening. Our 1st one is to be held next week - with a quiz & inviting people to bring beverages & snacks to the table!
We'll share more ways of working, & methods of maintaining our collaborative culture, over the coming weeks.
