We are experts in business analysis, programme & change management, process improvement and customer experience. However, being a Clarasys consultant is not just about delivering the same thing over and over again. We provide bespoke solutions to our clients using tried and tested methods - designing and delivering lasting change with the customer and end user in mind. And when projects come to an end, our clients are empowered to be self-sufficient.
You’ll spend most of your time on client site (mainly in London), normally working in teams of 3-5 and will be given the trust and autonomy to deliver. When not working on client, you’ll be able to fulfil your entrepreneurial ambitions helping us grow the Clarasys business. Your voice and ideas will be heard and you’ll have opportunities to work what matters to you and make an impact on the direction Clarasys takes.

You have 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing consultancy
You have excellent academics and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
You have experience working in a team and supporting and coaching less experienced members
You have a practical understanding of core business processes
You value weekly coaching sessions as a genuine chance to develop, socials as a chance to get to know your colleagues and pro bono work as an opportunity to give something back
You are interested in taking on projects internally to help shape the development of a consulting practice area or function
You are willing to step out of your comfort zone (wherever it is) and take on different types of work. We work on roles ranging from change projects on government programmes to data analysis on marketing systems.
