Chris has worked for more than 15 years delivering business-driven IT projects across a range of industries, primarily in the field of CRM. Chris worked for Hitachi, Otis Elevator and Amadeus before moving into consulting with Detica through their purchase of Extraprise (a boutique CRM consultancy).
“I generally play one of two roles as Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst, where I build up a deep understanding of the project requirements and work with a great team throughout the analysis, design and development phase. I’ve learned the importance of continuity in the core team. It means that those who define the requirements are engaged and accountable when it comes to testing and delivery, raising the chances of success.”
